How does the booking process work?
After you submit a request through the booking form (a provisional hold), our team reviews the details and confirms your booking. You can track the progress on your My Page.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Free of charge up to 30 days before use; 50% of the usage fee from 29 to 8 days before; 100% from 7 days before (peak-season terms may differ). See the Legal Notice Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for details.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Yes, free of charge. A steam oven, coffee machine, and four refrigerators (about 360 L total) are also available.
Is parking available?
There is an affiliated parking garage in the building basement (paid, reservation required). Please ask us in advance about a loading zone for deliveries.
Is the venue equipped for livestreaming or filming?
We offer a 75-inch 4K display plus eight 27-inch monitors, a projector and screen, and high-speed WiFi (5 GHz) ready for streaming. Photography and highlight-video options are also available.
Are there benefits for consortium members?
Consortium members receive member pricing by selecting “Consortium member” under “Relationship” in the booking form.
Can we use the VIP room?
Available as a separate, paid room. It's offered on weekends and holidays only, and requires confirmation in advance (please ask).
Can you help with promotion and drawing an audience?
Yes — we can promote your event through our team's business social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, roughly 20,000 followers combined, mostly business professionals). Choose from three plans: Light, Standard, or Full.
