Privacy Policy

JasmyLab Inc. (“we”) sets out below how personal information is handled on the booking site (the “Site”) for VELE AOYAMA, the event space we operate.
1. Who we are
JasmyLab Inc. / Address: Aoyama Building 11F, 1-2-3 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan / Representative: Hiroshi Harada, Representative Director. We are responsible for managing the personal information collected through the Site.
2. Information we collect
The Site collects the following information.
- When you submit a booking request: your name, company or organization name, email address, phone number, requested date and time, number of attendees, purpose of use, options selected, notes, and your relationship to us (optional)
- When you send an inquiry or request materials: your name, company or organization name, email address, and the content of your inquiry
- When you create an account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, the name, email address and profile image provided by Google. If you sign in with PDL (Jasmy Personal Data Locker), the name and email address provided by PDL
- When paying with stablecoins: the sending wallet address and transaction ID (public information on the blockchain)
- Collected automatically: access date and time, pages viewed, referrer, browser and device type, and IP address (collected via cookies and similar technologies)
3. How we use it
We use the information collected only for the following purposes.
- Receiving booking requests, reviewing them, and notifying you of confirmation or decline
- Running your event on the day, and responding to inquiries and consultations
- Invoicing, confirming payment, and issuing receipts
- Managing your account, including showing your booking history on My Page
- Understanding how the Site is used and improving our service
- Complying with applicable laws
4. Sharing and processors
We do not provide personal information to third parties except with your consent or where required by law. We do, however, entrust processing to the following services to the extent necessary for the purposes above.

We require our processors to apply appropriate safeguards by contract. For processors located outside Japan, we review the data protection regime of the relevant country before entrusting processing. Card numbers and other payment credentials are collected directly by the payment provider and are not retained by us.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in. These are essential to the Site's functionality; if you disable them in your browser, account features will not work.
We also use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel's analytics to understand how the Site is used. Google Analytics 4 collects information using cookies but does not send information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address. We also enable Google signals in Google Analytics: for visitors who are signed in to a Google account and have allowed ad personalization, we use aggregated data associated with information Google holds (such as age range, gender, and interests) to understand usage across devices. You can turn off ad personalization in Google's ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com), and you can stop this collection altogether through your browser settings or the opt-out add-on provided by Google.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and for any period required by law. Information that no longer needs to be retained is deleted by appropriate means.
7. Access, correction and deletion
We respond in accordance with applicable law to requests from you to disclose, correct, add to, delete, suspend the use of, or stop the third-party provision of your retained personal data. Please contact us at the address below. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.

8. Using this site
The Site is provided for the purpose of booking the event space we operate. For the conditions under which a booking is concluded, and for payment and cancellation terms, please see the Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we accept no liability for damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy in response to changes in law or in our service. Any change takes effect when it is posted on this page.
