Payment methods

Stablecoins (USDC and USDT on the Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon, BNB Chain, Mantle, Solana, and Sui networks; JPYC on Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon, and Kaia) and crypto assets (JASMY on Ethereum and JasmyChain; its price fluctuates, and the amount payable is fixed at the market price at the time of the quote), bank transfer, or other methods we advise (online credit card payment is coming soon)

Payment timing

Please pay by your event date via the payment page linked in the confirmation email. Stablecoin payments are received once the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain.

Service delivery

The date and time confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation & refunds

Bookings can be cancelled from My Page or via our contact desk. After confirmation, cancellation is free up to 30 days before your event; 50% of the venue charges applies from 29 to 8 days before, and 100% from 7 days before onward. Separate terms may apply during peak seasons. Refund methods and timing are communicated individually.
